Who needs a VU the most?

Let's talk about who has the most outdated visuals. However, we will not be discussing kits. For this thread, assume that the champ would receive a VU (and VO update) with no bearing on their priority for a gameplay update.

With that out of the way, my first picks are ones that have skins that would totally be worth buying if they weren't completely outdated. Thus it'd give Riot actual incentive to make them happen:

First and foremost, the angry viking dude. If Demonblade actually lived up to the name and price, it'd sell like hotcakes. And the other angry viking. They could add more jokes to Brolaf, add some animations with him drinking or studying, etc. But they could also do some pretty great things with Forsaken and Glacial. He'd be a lot more fun with a lot more flare in his animations. And it'd totally fit his personality. But worse is the fact he has indisputably the worst "Legendary" skin in the game. It changes nothing at all. Hell, he has 1350 skins that change his cards. But nope, not the Legendary for some reason. But adding in some magician-themed animations would be pretty neat. Considering he has two "Legendary" skins that change less than his Epic skin... yeah. That kinda speaks for itself.

And then there are the ones whose highly priced skins are more modern, so skins are not the reason I think they need an update. It's mainly that their animations are extremely stilted and/or their models are god awful:

All the remaining outdated (non-vehicular) yordles, I put together because it's silly that two have been updated to have far better and more animated models while the rest have been ignored. Considering the size of the head is what determines whether or not they're able to make expressive faces, it's a real shame some prime candidates have been shafted. Then there are the humans that have poor models, animations, and/or visual effects. Including the other humans I didn't specifically list. (Amumu here because it's not stated he's a yordle) Udyr's a strange one because unlike other Ultimate skins which actually change the theme of the champion... his just straight looks like a VU. I'm sure there's plenty of disagreement, but I think that should be his base and Spirit Guard changed into a completely different concept.
Just... doesn't have much in the way of animations. He just barely waves his arms for most actions.
