Should Quinn and Valor be a swappable stance on low cooldown like Nid/Elise/jayce?

I think this would provide Quinn with a lot better playstyle and diversity.

Sounds interesting.

No, that would destroy Quinn's playstyle

Also, Riot already tested that, and then scraped it, so it's not happening anyway. Quinn is fine right now. She needs some bug fixes of course, but overall, she's perfectly fine, and in a good spot

That would require a rework since her Ult turns her into a super mobile assassin. In fact, Assassin Quinn is more popular than regular ADC Quinn.

I think they tried a change like that quite a while ago on the PBE, where the Ult's CD scaled a lot lower (something like 10-15 sec, I believe), giving her the ability to use it nearly every fight.

As to whether or not it should, I say no. They'd have to make serious revisions for her kit to make sure she didn't become the next Nidalee in terms of free damage, mobility, and safety.
