Can we get some meaningful nerfs on Jinx? She's bullshit.

I'm not gonna lie, I am pretty salty about a couple of games that I've played vs Jinx. Her "early game weakness" is basically non-existent. Her AoE 110%dmg crits all while increasing range is absurd. Her ult cool down is back every time you return to lane and her "lack of mobility" can be solved by getting a single assist in a teamfight and she snowballs from there. Something has got to go with this bitch. I'd rather play against Koggles X1000000 than her. At least he pays for his late game strength by being completely immobile and weak pre 20 minutes.
