Is the new Nimbus Cloak better or worse?
It definitely benefits junglers much more now but how do you guys feel about it? Do you like it more now or would you rather have it when it gave movement speed when you ulted?

The old one was better. Ults are up more often than summoner spells, and even if that is false for some champs, there is a reason the ult is being popped in the first place.
They really should have just made a different dragon soul for cloud.
Why would people vote for new version when old version was a massive flat rate modded by other move speed options?
New option is basically a kill secure mechanism only.
Because making the conditional movement speed tree even more conditional.
New nimbus is fuin. Though its especially broken on some champions. \

My latest position (because before, I thought that original Nimbus was %100 better):
I play two champions, almost exclusively. On Shyvana, old Nimbus was delicious. To the point where I felt crippled playing any build without it. Nimbus is a missing part of Shyvana's Ult, really. On Garen, it's certainly not required, however still very good, because: enemy at low health retreats to tower. If I dive to execute, I risk being killed, or at least executed myself (who says that I'm at full HP?). With Nimbus cloak, generally safe. And the same for teamfights, breaking through to the enemy carry is normally a kamikaze mission, but with Nimbus, I could get out free.
In both cases, really want Nimbus attached to R directly, especially for Shyvana. (Her Ult has no CD, besides.)
HOWEVER, the following build kind of breaks new Nimbus: Take Inspiration primary with Flashtraption. Take Smite/Flash to lane. Flashtraption procs Nimbus. (But don't fully cast. It's bugged that way.) Now, I have +60 MS on a 20s CD. It's a better (easier) Phase Rush. (And the same for smiting a lane minion.) (You don't actually have to do ALL this to use it well. I'm not saying that there aren't better choices available. This was fun.)
