Yes.

I think they just need to straight up revert the marksman update because it just made him bad not unique. the hybrid damage thing means that he can't build the last whisper items efficently and instead of cutting through tanks he is getting stopped dead by them.

Why would I want to fly into the middle of the enemy team as an ADC to deliever the package, its mostly for the speed boost.

Corki is actually pretty strong right now, his main issue is that he orients more towards mid-late game.

I was thinking near the exact opposite. Corki is a hybrid-ad-mage.

This allows him to be strong early with high mixed damage, but extremely weak late because he simply cannot afford to build magic-penetration and armor-penetration while keeping his damage and suitability high.

Nah you don't build like that anyways, you go like this

item 3508 item 3031 item 3078 item 3094 item 3020 and you practically melt anyone.

He's basically meant to be this kind of seige carry with very good poke, safety and plenty of burst built into his kit. While he might struggle at killing tanks that's completely fine because you're gonna be sniping squishies without having to put yourself at any risk.

He deals so much damage that it would be difficult for a lot of champions to itemise against without forgoing a lot of their damage.

Jinx's says the exact same thing that her winrate goes down as the game progresses. Weird, this site also says that the more games you play on some champions the lower your winrate on said champion.

corki has always been a mid game 2 item power spike adc in this meta and in previous meta there are just to many other adcs that do a lot more then he can and he is punished for weak early game ( pre 6) and horrible late game

Whoops, perhaps I was wrong. Corki's winrate is extremely unstable in ADC. Perhaps he is high-time for some form of buffs.
