You took a keystone that was designed around supports and mages that can both deal damage and heal/shield allies.
Quepha1 votesNot really, no. Since the keystone procs once and then goes on a short cooldown until you get Aery back, it doesn't specifically favor pure damage dealers or enchanters. Damage dealers would apply it more often for damage, enchanters would apply it more often for the shield, and champions in-between would split it somewhere down the middle.
