What if Talon can't use his E while taking damage?

Nah just give him a dmg buff (on ult imo) without nerfing anything in return. He is basically useless right now.

They buffed his laning but he still gets destroyed by alot of mid lane matchups and his lategame assassination potential is 0.

Riot said his e was about escaping and being hard to catch so I doubt they're gonna do that.

Well, I think he's like the epitome of a roaming assassin: he doesn't do well in lane so that he can roam, and snowball wildly out of control in the early game. I like how "Assassination" is no longer press R , jump to someone, press R again, but is more concerned with setup, and being a combo nuke caster, where the pieces all fall into place like some grotesque Rube Goldberg device. It's very skill based, very outplayable for both sides, and frankly, I'm never upset when I I get killed by an assassin anymore, (Unless it's rengar, fuck you rengar, or shaco, but Riot already fucked him). I had the chances to outplay, and they were jsut mroe skilled than me. Most assassin mains are just angry about losing an instant delete from the game, and well, I think it's more healthy that assassinations are more skilll based than just getting into range, face smashing a keyboard, and getting out if solo, dying if teamfight.

That is what the old assassins used to be like, and Riot regrets ever making them like that. They've shifted the core concept to be a purely skilled elimination over press R burst (I'm looking at you ) The newer core concept of assassins is a test of pure mechanical skill, rather than up front damage nukes, you have to set up and actually think about what you want to do, manipulate your target so that they are stuck in your damage range, and buy an if lifesteal is a problem, I mean seriously it's only 800 gold. If you can't do that, you don't belong in the current assassin concept, and it's time to find someone else.
