Can Miss Fortune's E apply impure shots as well?

It does piss for damage anyway. If you you have to sacrifice an AA for 90 damage over 3 seconds at least make it worth while.

Make it like her ult to where at it levels up, it'll apply more stacks. So 1/1.5/2/2.5/3. Now it'll actually give her an incentive to use it with her ult.

I don't think applying them is the right way to buff it, but having it interact with existing stacks in some way would be nice.

What the fuck is .5 of a stack?

1/2 of a stack...

That'd be like Akali getting "1/2 of a charge" of her ult. That doesn't make sense at all.

If one stack of impure shots applied 10 damage, how much would half of a stack apply...

ADCs have these abilities called "Utility skills." These skills are not intended to deal damage. Graves' Smokescreen, Caitlyn's Traps and Net, Varus's Hail of Arrows, Jinx's Chompers, Lucian's Ardent Blaze, Ashe's...entire kit. These are all abilities who's core goal ISN'T TO DO MAXIMUM DAMAGE. They are designed for strategic use, for thoughts more complex than "Unload everything on this guy and right-click him to death."

Look at what graves Smokescreen does, reduced vision which is extremely powerful

Caitlyn's traps can has the potential to stay on the map indefinitely

Varus's Hail of Arrow, detonate his blight, applies healing reduction and slows while dealing all of that damage upfront

Jinx's Chompers can snare up to 3 people and have no cast time

Lucian's Ardent Blaze activates his passive and gives him movement speed as you attack marked enemies

Now look at "Make it Rain". It IS suppose to synergize with her ult. However there are no incentives to use it at all with its low 800 range and 1 second cast time!! At rank one its 90 magic damage over 3 second with a 25% slow.

800 Range is low? ... I must get what you're smoking, Xerath.
