It's called Blade's end for a reason, it wounds and Bleeds the enemies. which means lifesteal should completely be denied when wounded or bleeding.

Healing vs Lifesteal, both are different. ADCs are much dependent on lifesteal for survival. Assassins are supposed to counter ADCs , but not at the current meta.

Lifesteal needs to be toned down, ADCs healing for 150+ per autoattack is just retarded. Maybe Talon needs something after that but I honestly think if lifesteal was balanced he'd be fine too.
