how popular is rylais on ryze?
thinking about how most of his abilities are single target, it seems like it would be a nice kiting tool for him toplane. and sticking tool for chaseing

Keepe1 votesCompletely situational item on him. In my case it's most often a choice boiling down to several items for a final slot. (Since Abyssal and Zhonya's seem fricking mandatory on every single bloody mage now). Would you like a little bit of extra armor? Frozen Heart. Healing causing you botherations? Nomicon. Want the bstrds to slow down? Scepter.
Marshbouy1 votesIt's not a great item on him. If anything it's terrible and a lot worse compared to other items.
