Darius doesn't counter Wu at all and beating Nasus as Wu can be almost as easy as beatiing Darius as Wu.
I use the Stormraider's mastery for my Wu games most times anymore and it's proven effective in both bursting down enemies quickly as welll as granting immunity to slows.
Beating Darius as Wu: Darius Q has a delay, when you see him about to use it, engage on him with E so as to avoid receiving a stack, then auto on him, then Q, and Storm Raider's Should proc after if not after another auto. So even if Darius tries slowing you, you can still make a get away and go in on him again after waiting out the duration of his passive.
Beating Nasus as Wu: Harass him and be sure to bring both Stormraider's and ignite. Bully him out of CS and ignite him at the start of a fight you believe will result in his death. Nas will repeatedly try slowing you, but Stormraider's will proc enough that he won't be able to keep up. Also, if allied minions are nearby allow Nas to use his weak AoE on you because Nas will take more damage from your minion aggro than you will from his AoE.
Maybe you are playing against a lot of bad Nasus players, but Wukong is one of my favorite matchups as a Nasus main. Any seasoned Nasus player should have an easy time against these champions in the top lane:

Darius should do fine against wukong because wu has no sustain and the blood stacks will add up. A good darius will Q after you try to harass, him not prior. He will Q and pull you unless you decoy out. I don't play Darius, but I play against him enough to quickly determine if they are good with the champion or not by just examining how he uses his abilities and what order.
I almost never lose to
from laning against him and I have A LOT of
vs
games since I almost exclusively play Nasus in ranked. There are two types of wukongs: (1) The ones that want to kill you in lane and will stay there until they do (2) The ones that will stay in lane until 6 and then roam.
The bad wukongs typically just stay in lane and try to kill me, which almost never works, and I win ALMOST all those games just from a crushing laning phase and putting wukong behind. As long as I don't die pre 6, wukong is pretty powerless against me and he is usually incapable of bursting me down because of how tanky I build. I don't need to catch wukong, I just need to push him out of lane and he might not be able to do enough damage for a storm proc.
I usually do fine in the match-up and don't get bullied out at all. His first 3 levels are the most dangerous, but he will lose all his mana pretty fast by constantly harassing. I make sure to also bulk up and I will just sustain through it, farm under tower, and for the most part be fine. If he has ignite, even better, because then he doesn't have TP and will linger in lane longer than he should with no mana. Then I can just kill him.
I have begun to face smarter/better wukongs pretty recently though as I have climbed, upper gold;low plat players. They play completely differently typically and fall into the second category.
They will realize they can't kill me, and will simply farm and conserve their mana.
Once they hit 6 they simply put pressure everywhere on the map. I usually can't respond that early and a TP wukong ult to the bottom lane or him walking to the mid lane and ulting is highly effective.
I lose a lot of games against wukong if he focuses on team play instead of killing me in lane, the good ones leave lane and ult everyone else's lane. They put pressure on other parts of the map before I am strong enough to descend from the top lane.
I have gotten close to banning him, just because I am tired of knock-up champs.
