Quinn

Real talk. Quinn was the first ADC I ever really had fun with. I remember when I first picked her up I thought it was so cool the interactions between being ranged as Quinn, and melee as Valor. When I first picked her up and started getting good I thought I'd try my hand with her in ranked....Bad Idea- I was flammed at constantly for picking an unreliable adc. The worst part, I completely understood why they thought that.

Quinn is a decent adc, she's a great idea but executed poorly. She is supposed to be an adc, attack damage carry, which are super squishy but at the same time dish out damage from afar. So why does her one ability which 100% lets her use her passive and her power make her in melee range of people? Not to mention the amount of times I've flipped into some weird things and weird directions. Riot said they've fixed most of this stuff so I wont go too far about it.

Quinn Also has one of the worst auto attacks. It's so clunky. Not to mention if you're auto attacking a target and Valor marks your target mid auto, it doesn't consume the mark. Which is so frustrating.

I always thought it was super fun to transform into Valor and pick off people, but it's on such a high cooldown and it's a huge high risk high reward skill.

I just wish riot would pay more attention to their Demacian Wings, and make her viable for competitive play.

TLDR: Fix up Quinn and make her viable for ranked play. Please.

All Quinn really needs is cleaning up her attack animations with her passive, and making the mark have better priority on what its applied to. Cause right now, you don't know how many times where 1 marked auto attack would have killed someone, then its randomly applied to their full health Nautilus.

It should prioritze "Champions your directly attacking" as its number 1 priority.

And cleaning up the animation for her passive proc'ed auto attack would go a long way. Since its really easy to cancel the attack on accident.

She is viable for ranked play. It is just that her kit is more suited for a solo than a duo lane. http://champion.gg/champion/Quinn/Top

If you play Quinn top people will hate you as much as people hate Vayne top or Teemo top. Top lane in this meta is for tanky bruisers. You're giving up a role for a second marskman, which can be easily countered with items like frozen heart or thornmail.

I don't think Quinn is an ADC. She doesn't have the steroids or the safe range of one. Plus, all of her damage comes from her Harrier combo, which scales with AD and armor penetration. All of her damage is frontloaded like a caster or assassin.

Riot admitted that Quinn was very rushed in gameplay and her in game model and probably some other things.

They probably know that they released a mess and they don't know what they could really do to fix this champion.

Well after two years you'd maybe expect some improvement right? Some love, instead of just being ignored.

Riot's ignored many champions for a long time. Heimerdinger took like 3 yrs to be looked at.
