Reduce Death cap Price and AP.
make it a cheaper Item. it don't got to be the IE of AP items. the AP items are already expensive unlike zeal items. Why not make Deathcap a 3000 item with less AP but same passive.

Linna Excel1 votesI don't think lowering the AP it gives would increase its value. Cost isn't why people aren't buying it. People aren't buying it because it only gives AP. Right now AP in general seems to be bad so a pure AP item isn't worth.
