Can we buff Master Yi so at least people wont flame you for using him in Diamond?

You know champion is in really bad state when your own team flames you for picking him.

has nothing that makes him competitive pick for any meta jungler. He has no cc, utility, survivability or anything. Cause he is so insanely item dependant, he can do nothing without them, meanwhile Lee Sin, Elise or Reksai can still serve as CC bots.

Can we give this champion SOMETHING, so you can use him in Diamond AT LEAST without wave of flame and tips how shitty this champion is?

Nobody plays him in competitive for a REASON.

I only get flamed for playing Yi once per month in plat 2. Some champs are just meant to be solo queue champs and not competitive. I'd say give his ult duration back to 10 seconds would be the buff he needs.

I would aim for reducing ult cd, Master Yi can do something only when Highlander is up.

Master yi is a low skill cap snowball champ. Any buff would have people begging for nerfs the following week. He is still playable but, needs to be picked considering your team comp and your opponents.

Sure but his win rate is equal to Shyvana and he still has a much higher pick or ban rate. So only after we buff all the even less commonly used champions first.

He's picked more often because he's generally considered more fun.

He's banned more often because people hate him more.

Her win rate is higher than his is, and this is despite the fact that Yi players are more experienced at the champion on average.

I dont mid buffing Shyvana, so as Xin, WW, Udyr, Urgot, Galio, Aatrox, and whatever i missed.

I miss Godyr. So I agree. I also miss the highlander. I actually outdueled him face to face the other day, just by buying Ninja Tabi and a Randuins.

People will downvote anything, often because they don't like the poster, they will skip the content and downvote it. Hopefully my upvote counterbalances that and helps this out. I don't play Yi, but he does need buffs.

I still think he snowballs pretty well in the right hands, but he is no longer "ban worthy". I think he can build a lot of different ways now and none of the builds seem as oppressive as they did in the past.

He just brings nothing to the table except hard scaling and most high Elo players want their jungler to bring some type of CC or teamfight capabilities. Which Yi offers none of.

I would like to hear something from Riot about the state of this champion, is is fine when its something highly unwanted in any team comp.
