Rage quiters should have their IP addresses banned

I just had a game where I was top and doing pretty well, well enough to possibly carry. Our support fed and then rage quited, so the rest of my teammates did not even want to try. To say I'm pissed would be putting it lightly. People like that should be banned from this game, no excuses. It's one thing to disconnect, but this guy flat out said "i'm done" and was gone. Hell, I'm even mad at my teammates for being so spineless and not wanting to even try. We had the potential for great combos. They aren't losers because we lost the game, they're losers because they QUIT AND GAVE UP. I'm sick of quiters and I'm sick of being paired with them. I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how many games I have played that started as a lost cause and we turned it around and won during grouping phase. We won because we TRIED!!

Did you know that won't work since ip's can be easily changed and if you ban an ip you could easily ban a whole college dorm as has happened the last time that was tried. Also ip's can be reset multiple ways so this can't work unless and until the internet changes the way it works.
