remove the "when moving towards enemies" from rightious glory
considering how much more stats rod of ages gives, righteous glory seems quite underprivileged and I think if the speed active was more flexible it would be much more balanced.

Sire Hippington1 votesNope, that would go totally against the idea behind the item. Rigthious Glory is a Engage item, helping setups that have no proper hardengage to find fights. If you allow the speedbuff to work whil runing away, it would be come just as strong if not stronger as disengage item, thus countering it's own purpose. Why not simply up the stats so the engage item actually grants enough tankyness for the guy the leads the charge...
