so talon is toxic ,cause builds full dmg like yomou ,cleaver etc and armor pen alot ,and can one shot ,mana starve ,ult doesnt return if he dies ,Q bleed is very low dmg over 6 seconds ,amplify is very low at first ,pathetic laning phase ,one of the worse and outdated passives in game ,CONSIDERED HIGHLY TOXIC AND IMEDIATELY NERFED when reaching 7% popularity as a rioter mentioned that they gladly awaited talon to reach over 6% pop to be nerf batted in the eye

then you have creatures like ekko who build tank and deal dmg as someone who DOES BUILLD FULL DMG and kill your carries while tanking dmg and having tons of heal and resists , THAT IS TOXIC, just wonder how much dmg he does if build as ap as it should ,if he builds tank and has one of the biggest if not the biggest dmg in game AS A TANK with 2.5 stun and a panic button unless CC`d and perma slow,
