I've been buying it a bit here and there but I'm not sure if its worth it yet.. It seems really good for the raw stats, 600 HP and 55 Armor is quite a bit. The slow is pretty cool i suppose, but i'm not sure if its worth getting over other items like Righteous Glory.
So what do you guys think of the item?
Critmaster Garen2 votesseems to be massively underrated in general. its like mobies in the form of a defensive item. actually, its even better than mobies since you dont lose all of the movement speed upon taking damage or even dealing damage.

50000000000000001 votesIt helps tremendously on immobile tanks, since this items allows for not buying boots of mobility. Also on tanks that rely on high MS, like Hecarim or Rammus.
I could also see Janna buying it for MS.
