Premade balance is still an issue

Just had a game where both sides had premades.

One team had 2 gold (5 and 4) 2 bronze (5 and 5) and a silver (1) .

The other had one silver (5 me) 2 bronze (2 and 1) and 2 unranked level 30s who had not been ranked in the last season.

Both sides were 4 premade 1 solo. But their solo was the gold 4 while I was ours (S5).

There needs to be more or a thorough way of balancing around premades so one side isn't out leveling the other to such an extent. 2 gold vs 2 unranked is completely unfair no matter how you look at it (with the sole exception of smurfs which was not the case here).

Also this isn't the only one sided game i've seen, but it was one of the more surprising.

I am curious if this is the intended outcome for Dynamic Queue in terms of balancing or if it is still in the works?
