Getting very tired of Viktor and Anivia

If someone wants to pick Zed and burst me over and over and hop out with his ult, fine. If someone wants to pick Ahri and kite around, ulting away whenever things start to get iffy for her, fine. If someone wants to pick Azir and shurima shuffle all over my ass and kill me over and over, fine. I am ok with all of that because these champions have a role that they fill well. Zed is an assassin who dives you, does tons of damage and hops out hoping you die. Ahri is a mobile mage who relies on kiting, repositioning, and skillshots to make an impact. Azir is a sustained damage threat who's high skill ceiling makes it difficult to pick up this champion and perform well without some practice.

But why the hell is Anivia allowed to take down 1/2 my health bar with a quick R+E, an ability that is targeted and cannot be dodged. She has waveclear, zone potential, massive damage, good CC, and a great passive. Her only real issue is that she is immobile, which isn't that bad when you have a wall and a resurrect passive. Something needs to be done about her R+E combo so there is actually a chance of staying in lane against her without being a fed fizz.

I have similar issues with Viktor. Aside from the small learning curve that comes with using his laser, he is a pretty easy champion to use that makes way too big an impact. He is a similar style champion to Annie with is massive AOE burst, but also has some of the best waveclear in the game that makes his laning phase extremely passive and anti-fun to play against. He can just constantly shove in waves with his E and force you to either play the lane the way he wants you to, or try to burst him down through his gravity field and shield from Q, not to mention most likely either fighting in a creep wave or missing it while it goes to your tower since he will have cleared yours. These reasons are why viktor has been a competitive pick in professional play for like 2 seasons now.

tl;dr Viktor and Anivia are too strong right now without many trade offs to compensate for them. Their lack of mobility does not warrant the power that they currently have in the mid lane.
