As a Jinx main, thank you for the E change.

Post season 4 the intention to lower game time made Jinx hitting late game not an assumed thing.

Recently the issue with Jinx was that even if you are ahead, you have no way to press your advantage. You can outfarm the lane and get a few kills but you don't have a Vayne ult, a Xayah escape, Ezreal E, Trist jump, no mobility, no inherent steroid means you can't really poke people to death safely the way a Kog can, etc.

Your most powerful ability is your passive, it's the thing that let's you clean up teamfights, but it means something has to die first and as a Jinx you can't really instigate that alone.

Of all the ADCs in the game it felt like no matter how ahead you are with Jinx, you can't excel if your team is behind because she might be the one adc that is the most dependent on having a team to stand behind. The kit is very straight forward, there's minimal 'outplay potential'.
