Those champions have always had a much easier time in the jungle.

Riot buffing up jungle mobs makes Evelynn an even bigger target and easier prey for those while those are completely unaffected, basically they got a huge buff despite already being S tier.

I don't play Jungle, but I doubt this will cause Eve to have problems where there's no counter play.

But I'm gonna be honest, I couldn't care any less since stealth junglers are cancer as fuck.

Give it a week and you can look back at Top Eve players win rate / stats

Reviewing her overall win rate isn't really accurate, since people probably don't play her optimally until 2k+ MMR

Balance is measured by ALTERNATIVES. These champions were already S tier, now every alternative has been gutted, CotC has been gutted as well, this buffs them even further. Basically the game is all but broken at this time, this is the first time in 7 years that I am forced to pick an S tier champ just to have a fair chance at winning.

You have no excuse for 47% win rate Eve and 46% win rate Plat 4 when there's a Challenger Eve OTP right now as we speak.

If he's able to over come every jungler who picks the champs you listed here in D5-Master, then what the fuck is your excuse for being hardstuck Plat 4 this season? Because they added 25 damage to Gromp?

This will undoubtedly go over your head, but it doesn't matter , the point is made.

Don't worry i know plat. It is the true elo hell. 50% boosted bronze, 50% actually good players. Either you hardcarry 1v9 every game or stuck if you don't play faceroll champs like jayce,kha, riven regularly.

I played her a few more times, as I said my clears are significantly worse ... I have been able to manage a new path that is doable but Kha Zix, Vi and Lee Sin for example, are doing perfectly fine. My point stands; Balance is not measured by individual strength but by alternatives.

This was a horrible change and Riot fucked up.

I'm already there. Mained her since season 1, now I rarely play jungle anymore and if I do play it, I just play Vi.

But it's not because of the jungle being harder. It's because of the current meta and general state of the game. There is currently so much damage in the game that the person who can most reliably apply damage, preferably while withstanding some of their own, is king. Because Eve is melee, her primary targets of squishy champions can often just blow her up before she gets in range, especially if they have reliable damage like ADCs. Combine that with her having less damage and tankiness than pretty much any other champion in the game, she loses most fights. She can't duel any other assassins, bruisers, tanks or juggernauts even when she's ahead, because she will almost always lose that fight. She can sometimes duel lone ADCs and defeat them, but usually not. She's useless in teamfights because she has no target access and can't even burst an out-of-position squishy down before their team kills her.

She's the assassin who can't assassinate.

Maybe it's just because I insist on trying to play her as an assassin, rather than an AP-diver with tanky items like Protobelt, Rylai's, Liandry's... but tanky Eve was not the stealthy, fragile, tactical Eve that I loved playing.

Sad part is they probably won't touch eve for the rest of the season since she's likely getting a rework anyway, just like how warwick was forgotten and left in a bad state before his rework was even announced.

Eve is still playable in this jungle, she just needs more cheesy plays and can't really make picks 1v1 like she used to. I forget to use her ult half the time as it feels irrelevant besides the mini slow and maybe some shields vs. stuff i'd live or die to anyway...

Let me explain what I have explained MANY times already; Balance is measured by alternatives, nerfing everyone buffs the strongest champions. These global jungle nerfs gutted the average and even the strong junglers, only the S tier junglers are unaffected and that includes Lee Sin and Kha Zix.

I've never had a problem with invisible junglers. Aside from maybe Shaco, the best counterplay is to play like they could pop up at any moment (though you should really have this mindset with any jungler, not to mention the champions who roam from other lanes). The problem is that between so many champions who play like a 2d fighter character (combos, not placement), and the fact that the majority of us are bronze/silver scrublords who get used to the junglers not being good enough to gank, we get all salty when someone suggests to us that we buy a ward and not overextend. I'll admit it, I love to overextend. But I shouldn't. And that's my fault, not Evelynn's.
