Hey Meddler, can you think logically? About Poppy...
Like, I really want to know if you actually think about the changes you do to champions.
Poppy's issue right now, according to everyone (yourself included, by the way), is that she is too tanky and does too much damage -- right?
So, instead of fixing that right away by, you know, removing base damage from her Q (and changing it into scaling based on AD) and nerfing her W passive... you go and make the champion less and less fun to play every patch by nerfing random parts of her kit that really don't impact her issue in any way, and instead make her feel clunky:
-
Less range on E
-
Less range on passive
-
No more AA reset on passive (hurting nothing but her jungling)
-
You messed with her Q targeting, and actually reverted that one partially surprisingly
-
Halving her ult damage when tapped (like, really? A 100S+ CD is the issue? Okay)
-
Nerfing her shield duration (making her jungling even worse)
Now, tell me how ANY OF THAT makes her any less tanky and makes her do less absurd damage while building tank? You continually say how much you strive for balance, yet you refuse to actually fix issues -- but then, you're not actually trying to fix her, are you? You just want to milk her FOTM status for all the money you can possibly get, and then gut her when she stops making money, or just entirely ignore her.
So, I know you refuse to answer me whenever I ask, but what is balance to you? Is it making the game fair and fun for everyone? Or is it just making the game into the most lucrative state it can be at the time?
