Are they gonna do they usual and gut his passive and Q? (Because god knows there wasn't a good reason for him to get all those random buffs to parts of his kit they had already nerfed when he was sitting at 49% win rate already)

Increase his E CD even more?

Gut his ultimate even more so it is completely unable to kill minions?

Or gut Bork and every other item he uses?

What's next Riot? you overbuffed Lucian for worlds and now he auto wins bot lane, which genius balance decision are you gonna take now?

Removing the Crip and Blood skins would be a direct nerf. Taking away his gang affiliation would definitely reduce the amount of firepower he has access too, thus overall reducing his AD.

What I'd do:

Make it so Lightslinger second auto attacks now deals a static 50% AD instead of 50 / 55 / 60% AD (based on level). They can still crit for extra damage.
Increase Piercing Light's cooldown to 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds from 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds.
Increase the delay on Piercing Light to 0.5 - 0.25 seconds (based on level) from 0.4 - 0.25 seconds (based on level).
Reduce range on The Culling to 1000 from 1200.
Increase cooldown on The Culling to 150 / 125 / 100 seconds (based on level) from 110 / 100 / 90 seconds (based on level).
