Actually I suspect it was Xypherous that fucked me. I said rageblade was going to be this bad. I said the itemization changes were shit. I said you guys needed to do something. It was blatantly fucking obvious to anyone that played Jax at a high level (WHICH IS ONLY ME) that this was going to happen.

. His three hits to win passive scales off AP, as does his W (and E, but nobody cares about E's damage). Phantom Hit takes it down to 2 hits to win, and also allows double Nashor's on-hit procs every other hit (while Nashor's also scales up the damage on each hit from the W and the second hit as well).
