@Riot, Jax is bugged with fervor of battle and doesn't stack correctly

FalconPawwwwnch··1 votes·928 views

Damaging champions with melee autoattacks grants two stacks and damaging champions with spells grants two stacks also, up to a max of 10 times.

Jax's W, Q, E, and R all count as spells, not normal AA on hits, because they all proc spellvamp. Yes, this is the case, according to Riot, the wiki, and how spellvamp works, this is an undisputable fact.

However, Using Q and W together on an enemy champion only grants two stacks (should grant 4), nvm about this one because of the 2 second cooldown thing

Hitting an enemy champion with empower grants only two stacks (should grant 4 because melee AA + spell)

Hitting an enemy champion with an ultimate proc only grants two stacks (should technically be 4 because melee AA + spell)

Needs to be fixed or change the tooltip

"hitting an enemy champion with a spell grants 2 stacks (2 sec cooldown)"

"2 SEC COOLDOWN"

for the rest , you answered your own question: "Jax's W, Q, E, and R all count as SPELLS, not normal AA on hits, because they all proc spellvamp." yet you claim they are aa + spell further in your complaint. spell = 2 stacks.

Yea, it doesn't stack off of his spells correctly when used in the above manner at all, period

I'd appreciate a meaningful response

Considering AAing with empower doesn't break the rule but still stacks incorrectly

For the purposes of using W and Q together, I don't see where it says that Jax's Q procs on-hit effects when you jump on somebody after activating W. Your Q just gets bonus damage, and your W goes on Cooldown. In essence, you cast two spells, but only land one

For the first one, doesn't the stacking with spells part have a 2 second CD? For the other two I wouldn't be surprised if Riot did that intentionally, but it certainly might be bugged unless stacking with a spell puts the whole thing on CD.

On-hit effects and self buffs are not considered offensive spells.

  • Empower is an on-hit effect and is not considered an extra ability (similar to Fizz's Seastone Trident).
  • Grandmaster's Might is a self buff and is not considered an extra ability (similar to Kayle's Righteous Fury).

THey both are single target spells

Read his wiki page

Both proc spellvamp ffs

They work differently than Ez or Nasus Q

They aren't spells, they are on-hit effects or buffs that trigger spell effects.

Similar to how on-hit and on-attack are different things, abilities that trigger spell effects and what is considered a "spell hit" are two different things. In this case, only damaging "spellcasts" (i.e.: Jax's Leap or Jinx's Zap!) will grant stacks.

the whole thing is on a 2 second cooldown. It doesn't matter what caused the two stacks he received, he cannot receive more than 2 stacks every two seconds. If you dump his whole kit into someone you get...two (2) stacks. [slayer-jinx-catface]
