@Riot good job in decreasing Ziggs Q mana on PBE, but can you do the same for Lux at late game?

C'mon, her E costs 130 mana... It's great to buff Ziggs to make him another viable option besides Xerath, but it's sad a champion with so great utility (and fun to play) isn't picked that much due to the mana costs. Yes before she was really almost on every single game, but she fell in favour a long time ago, 1st due meta, and now because other similar champions do the job better than her.

I don't want to straight buff her, in terms of damage and utility she's completly fine, but a slight decrease of mana cost on E would put her more on line when comparing to other mages.
