Well Riven is pretty broken right now so if it turns around and bullies her it has to be a damn good item.

Riven is above average right now, let us not over exaggerate. She is T1 not God Tier in soloQ and hasn't seen much professional play in a season or two.

It is a solid item vs AD, just as Mercs is a solid item vs AP.

That sounds like what the top lane mains complain about to me. Riven and Yasuo QQ are done by mage and ADC mains who blow their entire load on random shit.

Nope I completely agree. if you dont need tenacity and you aren't adc just buy them no matter what.

currently they are a Necessity for tanks to survive the ad onslaught.

if riot were to remove keystones completely ninja tabi could be nerfed but not beforehand
