Sick and Tired of being Perma Invaded

It's so beneficial to ignore your own camps and Perma Invade the enemy jungler, take their camps and gank and i honestly am sick and tired of it.

Like, how is it that i can be 40+ CS above the enemy jungler but because they've been doing nothing but ganking and invading me they're still 2 levels up? That's rediculous and it honestly feels like 90% of the time you just can't do anything about it. I just had an Olaf litteraly, no joke, SIT in my bushes for the first 10 minutes of the game, still out level me, still outfarm me and still apply more pressure than me. Why? Because he's better at 1v1ing than i am.

And before someone says "Ping your laner's" like that ever helps, in Low ELO your lucky if your laner's remember you exist let alone actively attempt to help you with it. I'm so sick and tired of seeing these Bruiser's in the jungle run me down for 5 minutes straight for free, it's unbelievably frustrating to constantly have to play from a state of being behind JUST because they're early levels are stronger than yours and there no mechanic available in the jungle to help prevent Invading.
