This item is absolute cancer on ad carries. its really fucking cancer. literally everybody in high elo thats an adc builds its. because the flat armor is just way too good on it. it needs to have less Armor. just nerf the god damn armor on it and don't compensate it.

It's not so much the armor. It's taking 10% less damage from auto attacks that make it a value buy.
