She has a way better laning phase, she can roam better, she is more mobile, her mid game is way better, and she carries games as hard
Anything going to be done about this? He's been a troll pick in any decent elo since last May when he got his base stats nerfed to be lower than ranged AD's. Yes, He has less base armor than most ADCs, including Ashe.

I played a Shen against Jax recently and could successfully out-duel him while largely even (that we won the game admittedly has more to do with the unfortunate fact that the enemy mid-laner was DC'd all game though). That's not normal, right?

Even with 4-5 items I'd rather have Riven. Riven doesn't need to build a ton of stats to destroy everything, and she AOEs teams while shredding their armor with cleaver.
