Ranked teambuilder can't come fast enough.....

Three games today.....three, in one day I had trolls right in champ select. I dodged the first one for the sake of the team but can't dodge the rest without a huge time penalty. Now I am an older player Riot. I have kids, I work full time. When I sit down to play some League I choose ranked because of the competitiveness and I'd like the rewards. Instead it feels like I am fighting my own team, rolling the dice, and hoping and praying I get a team that at least somewhat acknowledges a meta exists and isn't toxic. I know a lot of teenagers play this game, and trolling a 40 min game isn't a big deal, they have 15 or more hours or so in the day to waste; I don't.

Basically in a ranked atmosphere, this game is not worth my time any more. This is a sad result because I truly do enjoy the game you've made; I just simply don't have the time to ready up and just hope someone doesn't jump in and feed. I report when I can, but in my last game three of my players said they won't even bother reporting, or writing a lengthy ticket because Riot won't do anything anyway; I am starting to believe them.

At least with ranked team builder we can decide on a team comp that works. I can check the other players stats and make sure they are at least competent to play the game and have a drive to win instead of just troll. At the moment trolls OWN Riot, and they OWN League. They honestly do. Riot is doing their best to try and eradicate them, but it feels like Riot is having to play around them which is pretty sad for the players like myself that instead get no attention or incentive. A win in League is more than simply beating out a team via skill and mechanics. It's a win to not have feeders, toxic individuals, AFKers, or teenagers that simply need to leave because mom said it's time to go to bed.

I know Riot is notorious for not giving time lines, but I hope Ranked Team Builder is right around the corner. I know it won't solve all of the issues, but it's a great start.
