dominusx2 votesyeh its so easy to get zoned under your turret when he is pretty much in the middle of the lane. or dodge the Q and even if u dodged it he could still proc thunderlord with the attackspeed runes+ stinger. i'm talking about the

You can say Rylai was oppressive but you can not say Azir was oppressive.Your problem is with Rylai, not with Azir.Same problem valid for Cassiopeia.You can take MR runes.Rune isn't excuse for me.There are solutions of problems.I hope you know Azir's mana problems in early game.Moreover Cassiopeia hasn't mana problems.Her E gives free minion and free mana.

By the way I'm looking Azir's soloq stats.His pick rate was 10% before last nerf.Pick rate was 30%.He is frustrating champion maybe for somebody but he isn't oppressive.

Those champions need major kit changes to ever find balance, but since they're super new compared to most reworkable champions, they won't get it for quite a while. And, as Riot has previously demonstrated, they would rather have an underpowered champion for a long time than an overpowered champion for a long time.
