What does the "Olaf treatment" mean?
Overnerffed.
Olaf got nerffed extremely hard at the end of season 2, taking one of the biggest nerfs in LoL history.
It's the same place as "Olaf'd" comes from. Olaf was a decently strong champion in season 2, then he got played once and showed up in a highlight reel and Riot decided to nerf every one of his abilities in the same patch.
He immediately dropped into being one of the lowest winrate characters in the game.

Taliyah broke that record...
Most newly released champions dip into the ~35% win-rate zone on release and take the lowest win rate, Taliyah isn't really unique in that regard. Most players suck on champions they have little experience with.

Yet taliyah didn't have a low streak in one or two positions, but in a total of FOUR positions. If she had any ad scalings she may have very well been there as well in adc
did you read what he said? her winrates have balanced out. Shes actually one of the higher tier midlaners according to champion.gg
Olaf treatment.. basically reduce a champions numbers because they have a toxic kit and riot doesnt want to deal with it right now.. so they just leave the person basically gimped for the lack of a better term..
Olaf was a extreme snowballie champ when played correctly and could 1v5 a team back in the day. people would post about how cancer it was and riot just ignored it because the rarity of having a good olaf player was few and far between ..
than there was a LCS player that played him. his team was getting stomped.. like dirty stomped and then came in Olaf. who 1v5 carried that game to a win. then riot dropped his early numbers trying to make him less appealing to play.
So, are they just lazy and don't want to rework a toxic kit?
Do you know which game? Is there a replay somewhere?
Bad things.Like Khazix treatment.
Kinda like how Olaf can dive you over and over and nobody could ever do anything about it? Yikes, BALANCE\
also known as an urgot
Yes they have balanced out finally, and now she is on pbe with a nerf as they finallu decide to. Change her w to vector.
Olaf treatment is the same as being olafed. Basically it means the champion got nerfed into the ground.
