Isn't it lovely how screwed up everything is because of the Marksman class

Before anybody screeches of how ADC's are being pushed out of meta, let's take a look at the damage they've already done.

Tanks are no longer tanks because crit adcs who REFUSED to build the multiple items that helped vs the tanks were whining about them soaking up damage. Thus everyone is basically farting out true damage now.

Mages, we can't have mages strong because otherwise, assassins get pushed out and assassins were the only possible way to keep adcs in any sort of check, assuming shields and heals were around

BUT OH WAIT, Supports just got their shields and heals nerfed because assassin's couldn't stop adcs from rampaging when they got new hp bars every 3 seconds from their supports

Fighters are generally still just playing 1v5 on both sides in the top lane still. First person to die usually loses their lane completely and snowball out of control being a raid boss until the adc shows up and assassinates them before they can get in any sort of range

The list just goes on, and the center of every single issue is the fact that riot wants to constantly cater to the class that deals the most damage in the game from the furthest range in the game.

Easiest class to balance, as it's the most basic, is causing the most issues.

you can take each of those points an reverse them lol. i feel assassins are the main cause of all problems than adcs. Champs who sole goal is to get kills in a team game is not a very good class to have. Tanks have to be strong, cause assassins kill anything that doesnt have 500 armor an 5k health Supports have to be strong to peel for your mid/adc cause they are squishy an walking bags of 300g for even a 0-5 talon with a duskblade Junglers basically became assassins as most of them have highest win rates, they try to snowball the game out of control before a proper team comp matters. if a team comp was zed mid talon top kha zix jungle with a non tanky support and lpw scaling adc into one wiht proper tanks and cc with a hyper carry, normally late game that assassin team comp would lose, but since the inception of skillblade and the other bull shit armor pen items, the team with the assassins will win due to them being able to dive the enemy teams damage dealers and get out alive cause of mobility then sustain though the tanks damage/cc or just run away and come back stronger.

"Skillblade" and the fact that Riot keeps throwing true damage and cdr on everything is why assassins are top tier. If they were to remove it and lower the amount of cdr on their core items assassins wouldn't be played at all. They were fine during the whole "tank" meta which was actually just a bunch of adc's crying because crit didn't work on tanks and assassins were sad they couldn't 1 shot someone with 300+ armor/mr. A lot of the time people complain it's not because of imbalance it's because they can't do something they aren't supposed to

umm, adcs were oneshotted for whole season, ever since this season came out, adcs werent even close to strong, assassins oneshot tanks, ooh, lets nerf adcs, ooh, you speak about that true damage ? Games are never long enough for adcs to get that true damage. In this new meta, adcs are 0-10 before 15 min vs vladimirs and akalis and yasuos, because they can hit assassin 10 times, and wont even deal 1/5 of their max hp, while assassin can oneshot adc at lvl 2

It's not that Riot wants to cater to any specific class. The problem is they kept taking this balance approach of "This one thing is too strong? Let's buff the counter." until everybody is just 1 shotting each other.
