Just wondering, how are ziggs and irelia manaless? If champions that have mana but don't really need it count, would Olaf be considered "manaless"?

Thats right, 19 champions. Not too much right? Except that theyre played significantly more often than some mana champions.

Your list is inaccurate and then there are more manaless champions at the bottom or middle of pick rates than there are at say the top 30 pick rates.
