The 2 most broken champs of patch (lulu and ivern) went by completely ignored on this patch.
Nice one riot, another 2 weeks of permabanning them.

Lulu isn't broken, she's just favored in this meta due to her polymorph being extremely useful against all the assassins and divers.
Lulu is not being Perma banned i NEVER see Lulu nor Ivern Perma banned.
Lulu hasn't seen any buffs in how many patches? Why should she be nerfed just cause everyone decided "I MUST CARRY MY STUPID TEAM" and picked assassins/divers in every role instead of picking a tank or two?
And no one wants to play support, yet they are fine with playing Ivern, who is basically a jungle support? Seems strange to me.
