This item was very enjoyable when it was out during the Black Market Brawler and it had a unique feature of including a disguise ability which allowed for new kinds of plays.
If not, can we at least have some future item include the ability of disguise?

Doesn't the disguise break if the person gets damaged?
If not, adding that as a weakness would fix an issue of a surprise attack by attacking the person first.

Well those champions are usually fighting long range pokers though. Annie, mid or support, would usually be dealing with someone who has long ranged poke. Same with Akali, Fizz, and Diana, assuming they're mid while jungle usually won't go unnoticed of pulling a disguise since the person has to teleport to the person being disguised as.
