Jhin and Jinx don't exactly have the same skill cap, do they? If Azir taught us anything, it's that the higher a champion's skill cap, the lower their win rate should be. How would you like it if Azir was able to break 50% win rate again? Because saying Jhin deserves to have a dominant win rate while Azir sits at one of the lowest win rates in the game is bias. Everyone has bias, and pointing that out in and of itself isn't an argument. "You are obviously bias so I am right Jhin deserves buffs."

because she cant 1 shot champs with a +1500 damage per auto and run with +500 move speed and burst heal like can.
needs 2 - 3 autos to kill champs but i think 0.5 sec more before getting killed by targeted autos is enough time to react if u have an Augmented Eye to Muscle Reaction nervous system.

Instead I'll just say this, Jhin is a lot easier to play against than Jinx because of his clear windows of opportunity. So buffing him isn't as big a problem as buffing Jinx.

As a support main, I would rather face a Jinx over a Jhin any day. Jhin's 4th shot makes him a threat up close and as a result Jinx winds up having more windows of opportunity to abuse than Jhin. I don't get why people say there are "clear" windows of opportunity to play against Jhin. That's a weakness of the class, not of Jhin.

AgentBlack1 votesWhen hypercarries are meta. She was equally used or favored compared to those Champions in various phases of pro play. These days, pros just avoid Champions without any utility. Pro meta is much different than casual play.

Huge buffs to his ult? Its base damage is increased by 20 at max rank. Even if he were to land all 4 shots, he would only be doing 80 more physical damage with his ult after the buffs. What is math?

Vęrtęx1 votes47.5 wr last time I looked is not in a good state and he is considered by many to be one of the most enjoyable adcs. I would agree he is my favorite after Kalista because he is a unique adc with many satisfying gameplay options but he is pretty weak rn. This is where I think riot is coming from on these buffs.
Blakiepug1 votesThe thing that really bothers me is that Bork only just got nerfed and that was supposedly what was making him weaker (though I think Jhin is actually still stronger than most people think, and I am not alone given the high amount of LCS play Jhin saw this last weekend). It's also rather annoying that, like you said, this is the first time since release that Jhin has fallen from the top of the meta, and he hasn't even been mid tier for that long. But nope, Riot is going to buff Jhin pretty heavily, even though he was never nerfed in the first place, and leave other ADCs like Sivir who have been struggling for far longer or even Varus who was in that meta with Jhin a few months ago. It's frustrating the bias that this champion recieves. But at least 10 bans is here so I never have to put up with this monstrosity ever again.
