She should be reworked to fix glaring problems, she should NEVER be reworked to be more accessible to lower elo players. She is a high skill cap and mastery champion, dumbing her down is a terrible idea and defeats the purpose of having differences in skill requirement between champions.

Her gameplay is now balanced around animation cancelling (which I really like), but in order to play her to her full potential, you have to consistently use the fast Q combo. I can pull it off 50% of the time and moving targets make it easier, but I also find that part of her gameplay to be unnecessarily tedious. Why should players have to click on the ground after Q in order to burst enemies in a short amount of time? Personally I find that it makes her less fun. Don't confuse this with normal animation cancelling. I love that she has so many possible combos.

Secondly, Riven is a champion that will never be allowed to be good. She will always be average because of the nature of her kit. If there is ever a meta where she is dominant, she will get nerfed immediately because of how snowbally she is.

If I were Riot, I would modernize her kit by removing the fast Q combo and making her a bit less snowball reliant.
