Mainly because her passive is just a ball of stats over time, and if she gets a sliiiiight lead early on, she'll just turn into a monster even faster.
And now the AP changes are making me cringe; I question how broken Rylai's is going to be on her now.

But, oh well. She's not the only champ who will benefit a lot, at least. Anivia, Brand come to mind.
And mages as a whole could use some help. Lesser of two evils I suppose.
Yea I still hate her, not because she was changed since I never really played her (although I can understand why those people are mad) but because she's a late game hypercarry who's also somewhat of a lane bully. Yea, she has a weak lane against specific champs, but if you pick her against champs that can't really get in range of her without getting poisoned and dpsed, then you're basically fucked. Sort of the same case with Vlad, c'ept sub the massive sustained damage with hp sustain.
