If taliyah gets nerfed,the lockout on her W should be readded

Not only did this change make Taliyah stronger when the lock out was removed but it actually managed to shift her play style from disruption mage>combo mage which isn't even her intended design

Her combo is super avoidable once you have boots. If she misses her combo she is dead. If she hits it you are dead. No real difference than most mages really.
