Can be quite tanky because "lel we ADC's abuse another bruiser item".

Shits all over every melee laner that doesn't have 2 gap closers.

Is better than a tank top because it is a free win in lane that transitions into being able to roam like crazy with her movespeed.

"quinn isn't strong" - Pretty much everybody knows Quinn is top tier right now, nobody says this.

"outscale her" - Quinn outscales 90% of top laners, again I doubt anybody actually says this.

In terms of usefulness, yes Quinn gets ouscaled by most top laners

Group and teamfight. Quinn can't instant solo kill someone if you are grouped. If she does, you're doing it wrong.
