Buff the fuck out of Zac's ult range at higher ranks A la ryze.
It's an extremely telegraphed ability, you should be able to fling people to farther away places at higher ranks. (Maybe 1500/2500/3500 range?)

UKP LK2 votes... then thats broken, skarner ult take 1 person and he drags them not take them and fly to somewhere else. Zac ult can grab multiple ppl and bring them to somewhere else, even poppy ult is knock ppl back.
Zac ult is good enough rn if he can goes further as game progress that shiet is broken late game.

Skarner Ult is point and click, Zac ult is EXTREMELY telegraphed.

Meep Man2 votesI think 1000/1500/2000 is more realistic because 3500 is how much a fully charged Poppy ultimate knocks you back. 2000 is about the distance from Top Lane turret to Top Lane turret.
