Does no one know that you can Dodge skillshots?

I'm getting so very sick of this. After losing a game, where you're pretty much carrying and the only reason the game is close, the 4/13 ally says "first time ahri?" "Worst ahri NA" etc... saying because I missed a charm and died two times and everyone saw it. Forget the fact that I'm 11/5/7 and hit many charms throughout the match, it's always about the ones you miss. And the worst part is, I didn't necessarily miss it! They DODGED it. If I landed every charm throughout the match, my opponents would have to be pretty garbage players. I mean, I only dodged 90% of the skillshots sent at me, why is it I must suck if they Dodge mine?

Seriously, This community needs an attitude check. This behavior is unacceptable. Especially when I haven't said anything negative all game despite knowing if their top and adc hadn't been fed as they were I could have carried no problems - no negativity and I get this response for missing two charms, when they were using bushes and actively trying to dodge it!
