I don't play Kat, so I don't really know exactly how she scales... But, every time I face off against her, she becomes an instakill champion. She jumps in, bitch slaps you, you die, and then she is back and safe and sound. Effortless tower dives, ridiculous damage.... I can't honestly be the only one who thinks this....
The Mormonator3 votesKat's main source of damage is going to come from her ultimate which is a channel, this was set up so that champions with the slightest from of crowd control could shut her down and retaliate when she does so. She is a champion that will punish if she is ignored in team fights or isn't locked down. It's really you that decides how powerful she is, otherwise she is pretty balanced...and melee I might add.

Damage shoved into a level 6 channeled ult.
Solution: use cc to interrupt ult or mobility to escape it.
The key to not making silly claims about a champ being "OP " is first understanding how they actually work.
