It would be nice if the Piltover Zaun event added in a new permanent dragon to the game.

Hextech Dragons

Grants the team that kills this dragon 1/2/3 key fragments after the game is complete.

It would definitely be fought over and highly contested in solo/duo and flex queues. Not sure about lcs, maybe disable it there.
