either bring it back, or bring an item that gives non-stackable tenacity (even with mercury) that gives AD,hp,tenacity. thank you

I really liked it on Kha'zix and Hecarim. Made them faster, and it was fun being able to weave autos in easier.

In other words merc and Ninja or Mobility and swiftness.
Have base boots reduced to 20 from 25 movement speed and most tier 2 reduced to 15 for each outside of swiftness which increases it by 25 and mobility which is 90 out of combat and 0 in combat.
This would mean boosts of speed (20) + merc treads (15) + ninja Tabi (15) = 50 movemetn speed.

Here's my idea: 35 AD, 50% AS, 10% CDR, 5% MS. Builds out of 
. You want tenacity? Get the boots. You're an ADC? Get QSS. You want to permakite Darius? Buy PD because that's busted for that reason.

I could see AD/AS/MS be pretty fun to stack once you buy a single BoRK (Probuild: BoRK/Bloodrazor/Zephyr/Zephyr/Zephyr/Zephyr). Oh, and the CDR caps perfectly too XD

The 3 abusers are those who A) can be kited and want MS and Tenacity, B) want AS since they are autoattack based, and C) can make +25 AD go a long way. Zephyr will never be a 2nd or 3rd item for ADCs since it doesnt give any crit (or flat-pen, which current ADCs are liking/abusing). It will only be a late-game 6th item, and only if you dont want another zeal item. The only champions that really want the Zephyr as a core part of their kit are those with a similar playstyle to Irelia, Jax, or Udyr - so champions like Shyvana, Trundle and Olaf. Champions with damage in their kits so they can make 25 AD go a long way, can be kited, and mostly use mostly autoattacks for their damage.
And whats all this talk about "outdated kits"? From my experience, whenever Riot updates an "outdated" kit (aside from a rework, in which case their kit and playstyle is new), they usually make the champion much more stronger. Malz, Annie, Swain, Maokai, Brand, Zyra, Ashe, Fiddle and Garen had their kits updated, and all saw a spike in power while being more effective at doing the exact same thing. The only champions that I can remember that got their kits updated but turned them weaker were Anivia and Rengar.
