Well think of it this way -
Precision - Pretty solidly a tree for ADCs and auto based fighters
Sorcery - Basically for mages or a secondary tree for someone with spell amplification
Resolve - Pretty solidly a tank tree, but has a bunch of surviveability tools including for use on allies
Inspiration - Really weird stuff that you can creatively use to get some cheese on your opponents
Nowhere in here is vision included, although they could've put it in inspiration that would basically force all supports into that tree as either a primary or a secondary. In the Domination tree, a tree used a bunch by junglers and assassins however, map control and vision is important so they can keep eyes on the enemy jungle camps, kill wards when they come to gank and replace them with vision, etc. It also doubles as a pretty great secondary tree for supports because both assassins and supports are interested in vision.
If I were to give a simple rundown of Domination like I did for the other trees I would say Domination - A tree for assassins and junglers with vision control, creative ways to get around the map, and access to burst potential. Take out the last part and it's everything a support would want for a secondary tree. :)
