Can we discuss 
passive?
i mean its decent when playing her mid.
but its absolutely worthless as support
and with the removal of spell vamp from items.. AND a mage rework going on.. i think its time to at least _consider _ a change here

like i said morg passive is fine when you build her in the mid lane.. but it barely does anything as support.
i just figured now would be a good time to look at her passive as it doesn't really seem to fit her kit in her support role.
maybe change it something similar to ahri's passive where instead of straight spell vamp it works on enemies hit or somthing
